Well Marilyn Monroe Private and Undisclosed is still selling well and has been spotted in book shops both in the UK and the USA. Here in the UK over 100 stores are selling copies, whilst in the USA both Borders and Barnes and Noble are stocking it. There are also smaller stores selling it too, along with Amazon of course. Talking of Amazon, there are some fantastic reviews on both the US and the UK version, so if you left a review yourself, thank you so much! After working on the book for four years, it is great to see that the fans are enjoying it!
My next projects have changed slightly. As you know, I wanted to do a book about Vivien Leigh, but because of the nature of the subject, along with the fact that many books have been published about her before, I wanted to do this book as an official biography, so that I could have access to her documents, diaries, letters etc. Unfortunately, however, her daughter does not want anyone to produce an official biography and so therefore my plans for a Vivien Leigh book are now shelved. This is disappointing, but cannot be helped.
However, I have now fallen in love with a new project, which I am working on as we speak. Carole Lombard was a fabulous actress and beautiful person, and I am honoured and happy to tell you that I am now researching her biography. It is in the early stages right now, but I am very happy with the way things are going, and I will keep you up-to-date with developments.
Apart from that, I am still writing a column for my local newspaper, The Evening Telegraph, and it is getting a very good response. I am being recognised by people when I drop my daughter off at school, which is very funny I must say! The column is called Michelle on Monday and if you click on the link, you should be taken to the main Evening Telegraph page. From there just click on Your Say and you will see the link to my column. It is weekly, so call back often if you enjoy reading the ramblings of a mum, wife, mother, daughter and woman!
I have several other projects up my sleeve, but I'll tell you about those in due course. Until then, enjoy the Autumn and I'll be in touch soon.

Marilyn Monroe Private and Undisclosed has been published at last! As a result, I have taken part in various radio shows recently, with more coming up soon. Watch this space!
